Mygeisha Pleshette Freeman 42, of 107 Cole Street entered into eternal rest on Sunday, November 24, 2019 at Self Regional Medical Center. She was born in Greenwood County to Larry " Chest" Johnson and Sandra Freeman.
She was a graduate of Greenwood High School Class of 1996 and a graduate of Piedmont Technical College with and Associates and Bachelor's Degree in Human Services. She was a member of Springfield Baptist Church in Edgefield and worked as a Teacher's Assistant at Gleamns Headstart Center.
She was preceded in death by grandparents, Willie and Justine Freeman Dye, George Nicholson, Janie Lou Johnson and great grandparents, John and Bessie Howzell.
Surviving are her parents of Greenwood, one son, Shyheim Nathaniel Freeman, two daughters, Alexis Teorre Hurley, Lauren Olivia Freeman; three brothers, Lorenzo Johnson, Daren Smith and Jeremiah Johnson, four sisters, Agakjah Johnson, Jerressica Scott, Domonique Johnson and Delphia Turner; three grandchildren, Camden Amir Hurley, Karson Blake Freeman and Zoey Monique Hurley and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews , cousins and friends to mourn her passing.
Services will be held 2 pm Sunday, December 1, 2019 at Springfield Baptist Church Edgefield, SC with Rev. Adrian Wideman officiating.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers and Flower bearers will be friends of the family
Ms Freeman will be placed in the church at 1 pm
The family is at the home of her mother, Sandra Freeman 612 Chase Avenue, Greenwood.
