Anna Lou Smith

Mrs. Anna Lou Smith 75, of 3301 Puckett Ferry Road widow of Willie Carl Smith entered into eternal rest on Sunday, November 10, 2019 at her home.

She was born in Abbeville County August 15, 1944 a daughter of the late John S. Miller and Evelyn Jackson Miller.

She attended McKean Elementary, Tilden Jr. High and was a graduate of Bartram High School. She also received certification in Cosmetology in November of 1965

She was a faithful member of Mt Zion Baptist Church where he served as Church Clerk for many years. She was a member of the Mass Choir and Missionary Society.

She was the Secretary for the Alex Kinlaw Law Office for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband and a brother Melvin Miller.

Surviving is a sister, Gladys Jackson of Mountville, SC; four brothers, Samuel Miller of Philadelphia, PA John Miller (Doris) , Williamstown, NJ, Alvin Frederick Miller(Valerie)Fayetteville, GA and Hollis Miller (Deloris) Somerdale, NJ and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Services will be held Noon Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Mt Zion Baptist Church with Rev. Cartrell Blume officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery

Pallbearers and Flower bearers will be friends of the family

Mrs. Smith will be placed in the church at 11:00 AM
