Mr Kenneth Russell Witt

GREENVILLE- Kenneth R. Witt, 49, of 227 SmithHines Rd., Greenville SC, husband of Kimberly R. Witt, died February 11, 2016 at St. Francis Hospital. He was born in Greenwood November 10, 1966 to Annie Ruth Witt and the late James Witt.He was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, a graduate of Greenwood High School, Class of 1986 and employed with KRW Investment.He served on the State Athletic Commission, coached football at Mauldin High School, formerly coached wrestling, and track at Greenwood High School and a former member of Troop 54 Boy Scout South Greenwood.Survivors to cherish his memories are his wife of Greenville, his mother of Greenwood, two sons, Kendall and Kendrick Witt both of Greenville; two daughters, Khendra and Kendaida Witt both of Greenville; three brothers, James and Vincent Witt both of Columbia, Chuck Morgan of Greenwood; four sisters, Barbara Witt, Mildred Morgan, Teresa Witt Ellis all of Charlotte, NC and Peggy Witt of Greenwood; a Grandmother, Mary Morgan, Mother-In-Law, Marilyn Robinson Conner, and God Parents, Hilton & Evelyn Dodgen all of Greenwood, a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, others relatives and friends.Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church with Reverend Otis Cunningham officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body will be placed in the church at 12 noon. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers and flowerbearers, honoraries will be Greenwood High School Class of 1986.The family is at the home of his mother, 110 Ridgemont Drive, Greenwood. Percival Tompkins Funeral Home is assisting the Witt Family.
