Annie Kate Mosley 70, of 406 East Cambridge Avenue widow of Rufus Mosley, Sr. passed May 1, 2015 at her home. She was born in Greenwood county May 24, 1944 a daughter of the late Wade Moore, SR and Mary Watson Moore.
She was member of Second Damascus Baptist Church where she served on the Gospel Chorus, former member of the usher Board and attended Sunday school.
She was a graduate of Brewer High School Class of 1962 and employed with Covidien.
She was preceded in death by a son Stevie Mosley.
She leaves to cherish her memory, two sons, Rufus Mosley, Jr .of Lawrenceville, GA ; Tyler Mosley of Hampton, VA; one daughter, Anne M. Goode of Conyers, GA; one brother, George Moore of Greenwood, ; three sisters, Ruby (Howard) Parker of Columbia, SC , Susan(Bishop Roosevelt ) Moton of Greenwood and Dr. Joyce(Larry ) Palmore of Greenwood; 11 grandchildren and six great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Monday May 4, 2015 at Second Damascus Baptist Church with Rev. Leroy Robertson officiating. Burial will be in Oakbrook Memorial Park
Mrs. Mosley will be placed in the church at 10:00am
Pallbearers will be Gerald Coats, Anthony Moore , Lester Thomas and friends of the family.
Flower bearers will be Shirley Cunningham, Dee Dee Horton, Audrey Rhodes, Annissa Robinson and friends of the family.
