She was born in Greenwood County February 6, 1938 a daughter of David Morton Sr. And Florence Freeman Morton. She was a member of Holy Spring Baptist Church in Hodges, SC was a member of the Adult Choir and was The Mother of the Church. She was retired from the Library of Congress in Washington, DC and the Burton Center in Greenwood. She was a member of the Amicae of Zeta Phi Beta sorority of Epsilon PSI Zeta Chapter of Greenwood. Mrs. Thelma Jane Kinard, 86, widow of Bobby Kinard entered into eternal rest on Saturday, September 5,2020 at NHC of Greenwood. She was born in McCormick, SC February 3, 1934 a daughter of the late Sam Otis Patterson and Emma Lou Wideman Patterson. She was a member of Jacob Chapel Baptist Church and retired from OxFord Industries. Surviving are two sons, James Patterson and Lafayette Kinard of Greenwood; one brother, James (Rose) Patterson of Evanston, Illinois; three sisters, Martha L Patterson and Eleanor Martin(James) both of McCormick, SC and Carrie Hughey of Greenwood; seven grandchildren , four great grandchildren, 1 gg grandchild. Andrew Fletcher Anderson, Jr. 58, of 901 Ridge Road, Hodges, SC entered into his Heavenly home on Tuesday, September 1, 2020. He was born August 17, 1962 a son Rosa Lee Anderson and the late Andrew Fletcher Anderson, Sr. He was a 1978 graduate of Greenwood High School where we remember him being their bus driver for many of his high school years.
