Susie Jane Arnold Louden 93, of 1415 Parkway Drive widow of Joe Louis Louden entered into eternal rest on March 18, 2020 at her home. She was born in Cokesbury South Carolina October 24, 1926 a daughter of the late Charlie Arnold and Alma Ligon Arnold and the step daughter of Hazaleen Arnold. She was educated in Greenwood county public schools. She worked with J.A. " Lonnie" Timmerman and later became co-owner with them as Timmerman and Louden Furniture Refinishers. She was preceded in death by five brothers, Charlie Arnold, Jr., Willie Arnold, Elbert Arnold , Parker, Arnold, Charles Richard Arnold and one sister, Mattie Lee Arnold. Mrs. Mattie Ruth Witt Quarles 81, one of God's angel's was called from glory to reward on March 13, 2020 at Self Regional Medical Center. She was born in Greenwood county June 27, 1938 a daughter of the late Robert and Elease Frederick Witt. She attended public schools in Greenwood and graduated from Brewer High School Class of 1957. She was employed with Brewer Hospital until it closed after which she opened her own convenience store- Quarles Grocery. She was later employed with Greenwood Mills(Harris Plant) until her health declined. She was a dedicated member of Mt Pisgah Baptist Church where she served faithfully on the Missionary Society and loved attending Emerald Adult Daycar

She was born in Greenwood County February 18, 1949 a daughter of the late Asa Parks, Sr. and Mary Emma Jefferson Parks. She was a graduate of Brewer High School Class of 1967 and formerly employed with the Nantex. She was employed many years with Adult Daycare and also worked as a private caregiver. She had a love for cooking and caring for others. She was a faithful member of Dunham Temple CME Church where she served as an Usher, Missionary and former member of the McKee Mass Choir.
