Mrs. Mary Alice Rice 74, of 504 Sumter Street wife of Larry Rice, Sr. entered into eternal rest on April 18, 2019 at Self Regional Medical Center. She was born in Newberry, SC January 9, 1945 a daughter of the late Hayward P. Means and Irene Butler Means. She was a lifelong member of Belmont Baptist Church where she served faithfully as a member of the Usher Board, Missionary Society and Deaconess. She was a member of the Women's Home Aid Society # 45. She was a graduate of Riverside High School Class of 1963 in Saluda, SC. She did further studies at Brewer Hospital School of Nursing where she obtained her Degree in Nursing. She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved husband Larry Rice

Donnie Logan Greenwood Mr. Donnie Gene Logan 59 of 206 Little Mountain Road entered into eternal rest on April 10, 2019 at Self Regional Medical Center. He was born in Coronaca, SC July 24, 1959 a son of the late Bertha Inez Logan. He was a member of Mt Zion Baptist Church where he was a member of The All Male Chorus. Surviving are a son, Donnie "DJ" Logan, Jr. of Greenwood; two daughters, Tara V. Witherspoon (Johnny) Lancaster, SC and Quanyetta Delgado( Nelson) of Charlotte, NC; two brothers, Barry Lynn (Barbara) Williams of Coronaca, SC and Jimmy Douglas (Eleanor) Williams of Greenwood; two sisters, Cynthia" Cookie" Deloris Williams of Nashville, TN and Berthenia Logan-Momodu of Coro

Mother Pastor Agnes Dillard, 72,of 139 Creek Road East wife of Walter Dillard transitioned from labor to reward on April 5, 2019 at Self Regional Medical Center. She was born in Columbia , SC July 5, 1946 a daughter of the late Grover Busby Jr. and Murline Liveston Busby. She was Pastor of Immanuel Outreach Ministry New Market Street, Greenwood SC She was educated in the Richland County public school system and a graduate of Dover High School Class of 1964. She did further studies at Morehouse School of Divinity, Voorhees College and Piedmont Technical College. She was a former church member, Missionary and Prayer Warrior at Morning Star COGIC. MSG Thomas E Waller US Army (Retired)

Master Sergeant Thomas E. Waller, US Army (ret.), widower of Marcial J. Miller Waller, departed this life on April 9, 2019. He was born in Ninety Six, SC on April 3, 1932, as the last child of James and Sarah Brooks Waller. MSG Waller graduated from Brewer High School in 1949 and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Engineering from South Carolina State College in 1954. He entered the US Army in 1954, having served two tours in Korea, two tours in Vietnam, and one tour in Germany. While in service he was awarded several decorations to include: six Good Conduct Medal award, two Army Accommodations ribbons, Drill Sergeant Badge Ribbon, two Bronze Star Awards, and one Combat Infantry Badge.
