Jason Alfonzo Moss 33, of 201 Woodland Way fiancée of Quentira K. Simpson died October 25, 2018 in Greenville, SC from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was the son of James Moss, Sr. and the late Corrie Palmore Moss He was a member of Bailey Bethel AME Church and was a graduate of Greenwood High School Class of 2004. He was employed with Sterilite of Clinton. He leaves to cherish his memory his father James, Moss Sr.; two brothers, Rev. James Moss, Jr. and Larry( Brenda) Moss; two sisters, Carolyn Moss of Greenwood and Greta Freeman of Daytona Beach, Florida. and a host of other relatives and friends. Mary E. Dinkins

Mrs. Mary E. Dinkins 87, of 215 N. Bethune Street widow of Lawrence E. Dinkins, Sr. entered into eternal Saturday, October 20, 2108 at Self Regional Medical Center. She was in Greenwood County October 23, 1930. A daughter of the late Johnnie Hill and Isabell Gallman Hill. She was a graduate of Brewer High School and attended Spelman College graduating with a Bachelors' Degree in English in 1951. She was first employed as a Teacher in McCormick County . She returned to Greenwood to teach 2nd grade at Westside , East End and Merry wood Elementary Schools. Her final tenure was at Woodfields Elementary where she retired in 1985. James Baylor

Mr. James Baylor 71, of 105 Bay Court Greenwood entered into eternal rest on Friday, October 19, 2018 at his home. He was born in Greenwood County February 15, 1947 a son of the late Willie Baylor and Iola Morton Baylor. He was a member of Marshall Chapel Baptist Church where he served as a Trustee and was a former employee of Greenwood Vocational Rehabilitation. He also attended Morris Chapel Baptist Church and was well loved and will be missed l by his community.
