Mrs. Ann Sweat Butler 94, of 403 Belle Meade Road, Greenwood, SC departed her life on June 28, 2018 at Self Regional Healthcare. She was born on November 23, 1923 in Holly Hill, SC to the late Engle Sweat and Maize Snellings Sweat. Mrs. Butler is the last of that union. Mrs. Butler graduated from Roberts High School in Holly Hill, SC and later attended Allen University in Columbia, SC where she soon joined Zeta- Phi Beta Sorority. She was married to the late Furman D. Butler for 49 years. Together they co-owned and operated Butler's Service Station for 10 years. Mr. Willie McLaughlin Jr. 90, widower of Flora Graves McLaughlin entered into eternal rest on June 9, 2018 at the home of his daughter in law, Mildred McLaughlin 1604 Evans Pond Road, Greenwood, SC He was the oldest of eight children reared on the farm of his parents, Adornia and Bertha Davis McLaughlin in Dillon, SC.
