She was born in Greenwood County November 17, 1945 a daughter of the late Earl Randolph and Fannie Mae Reed Watts. She was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church where she served as a former usher. She was a graduate of Brewer HS Class of 1964 and retired from Self Regional Medical Center after many years of service. Mrs. Ella was dedicated Girl Scout leader where she touched many young girls lives for years. She was preceded in death by a son Wallace Williams and a brother Rufus Kemp.
