Mrs. Alice Kelly Hurley, 93 of 201 Riley Road North, Hodges, SC widow of Benjamin F. Hurley, Sr. died Saturday, July 29, 2017 at Hospice House of Greenwood, SC . Born in Lincolnton, GA, she was the daughter of the late Will Brown and Fannie Booker Brown. She was a member of Morris Chapel Baptist Church and was a longtime employee as a Nursing Assistant at Brewer Hospital and Greenwood Methodist Home, until her retirement. She was the last survivor of hersiblings. She was preceded in death by three sons, Nebraska Brown, David Brown and Benjamin Hurley, Jr.; five sisters, Albeta Sibert, Louise Gaskin, Naomi Palmore, Sally Mae Riley and Eunice Kelly and one brother, LeOllie Kelly. George Warren Ebo, Sr. 71, of 2420 Cokesbury Rd Greenwood, SC 29649 husband of Lillie Bowie Ebo passed away on July 18, 2017 at Self Regional Medical Center after a brief illness. Born in Greenwood County, he was the son of the late Isreal Ebo Sr. and the late Carrie Marshall Ebo. He graduated from Brewer High School in 1964. In 1970, he received his Bachelor of Science from South Carolina State College. He was a member of the South Carolina State University Greenwood Alumni Chapter. He was an educator in Greenwood School District #50 for over 30 years. At an early age he joined the Young Mount Zion Baptist Church in Chappells, SC. William Henry Reed, Jr

Mr. William Henry Reed, Jr. 67, of 102 Roundtree Drive, Hodges, SC passed July 9, 2017 at Self Regional Medical Center. He was born in Greenwood County April 28, 1950 a son of the Dora Anderson Reed and William Henry Reed, Sr. He was retired construction worker and formerly employed with the Mop Factory. Surviving is a sister, Clara Mae Reed of the home; two aunts, Elizabeth Patterson of Hodges and Jessie Bell Benjamin of Greenwood a special niece Tomica Arnold and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
