Mr. Cleveland “ Bill ” Payne 62, of 744 Truett Avenue husband of Diane Booker Payne passed February 17, 2016 at his home. He was born in Greenwood County April 16, 1953 a son of the late Rosetta Payne and Witt Quarles. He was a member of Second Damascus Baptist Church and formerly employed with Greenwood Packing Plant. He was preceded in death by 3 sisters, Shirley Nance, Sennie Thomas and Wilhelmenia Brown and 3 brothers, Julian, Earnest and Jimmy Lee Payne. GREENVILLE- Kenneth R. Witt, 49, of 227 SmithHines Rd., Greenville SC, husband of Kimberly R. Witt, died February 11, 2016 at St. Francis Hospital. He was born in Greenwood November 10, 1966 to Annie Ruth Witt and the late James Witt.He was a member of Mt.
