He was born in Greenwood, County October 19, 1962 a son of the late Thomas Brooks and Kathleen Patterson Brooks. He was a member of Beulah Baptist Church and attended Greenwood High School He was employed with Eaton Cooperation. Surviving to cherish his memory is his wife of the a home, a daughter, Kesyatah Jackson of Greenville, SC ; two sisters, Darleen Brooks and Ernestine B. Mrs. Shirley Bryson Williams 79, of 308 Cokesbury Street , Greenwood widow of Milton K. Williams passed January 27, 2016 at Self Regional Medical Center. She was born in Greenwood County October 29, 1936 a daughter of the late Benjamin Broadus Bryson and Rosa Lee Kemp Bryson. She was a member of Mt Pisgah Baptist Church where she served faithfully until her health failed. She was involved in several ministries in the church to include former member of the Usher Board, Gospel Chorus and Senior Choir. She also was a former Sunday School Teacher and Deaconess. She served the community as a former Girl Scout Troop Leader at Morris Chapel Baptist Church. She was a graduate of Brewer High School

Mr. Larry Darnell Robinson

Larry Darnell Robinson was born in Greenwood, S.C. on August 18, 1952 to the late Charlie Daniel Robinson and Minnie Lee Syrkett Robinson. As a child Larry’s favorite pastime was swimming. He volunteered as a lifeguard at the neighborhood recreational center. He graduated from Brewer High School in 1970. He was a member of Old Mont Zion Baptist Church in Epworth, S.C. He is a veteran of the United States Army and an employee of the United States Postal Service. He was preceded in death by two brothers Charlie Robinson Jr. and Craig Chamberlain. Mrs. Madelyn “ Lynn” Carroll Moss 66, wife of Willie R. Moss, Sr. passed January 8, 2016 at Self Regional Medical Center. She was born in the Kirksey Community of Greenwood County February 2, 1949. She was a daughter of the late Otis Harrison. She was reared in the home of her mother the late, , Versie Carroll Roundtree and stepfather the late Carroll Roundtree, Sr. She was a lifelong member of Flint Hill Missionary Baptist Church where she served as member of the Choir, Missionary Society, Kitchen Committee and Usher Board.
